When is the last event of the 2024 Mellow Mushroom Franchise Conference?
The final evening celebration is on Tuesday, October 15th. The event overlooks the cliffs of Rancho Palos Verdes and includes a DJ, Casino Night games and prizes, a dinner buffet, and a few surprises.
How do I know if I'm registered?
All attendees will receive a confirmation by email after you complete the online registration process. This confirmation verifies your address information and is your receipt. If you have questions, please email Registration@UMEProductions.com.
What is included in my registration fee?
The full conference registration fee for Franchisees, Owners, Operators & Guests includes General Session and Educational Sessions, the Opening Night Kickoff Party, a group excursion of your choice (selected during registration), the always spectacular Vendor Show and the Final Night Celebration.
How do I reserve my hotel room?
Your hotel reservations will be made for you after you complete the online registration. Franchise Owners will receive one complimentary hotel room for up to 2 people for three (3) nights (October 13, 14 and 15) per Mellow Mushroom Franchise Location owned. Additional room packages can be purchased for those bringing additional managers and staff only. Upgrades upon request based on availability.
How will I receive my badge?
We will have an official Mellow Mushroom Registration Desk located in the hotel. There, you will receive your badge and conference materials. Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendee’s badges or conference materials.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to Registration@UMEProductions.com prior to September 10, 2024, and are subject to a $175 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 45 days after the Convention.
What if I need to send someone else in my place?
Attendees/Guests may transfer registrations but all requests must be placed to UME Productions before September 10, 2024 to Registration@UMEProductions.com

You may fly into any of the Los Angeles area airports including Los Angeles (LAX), Long Beach, Burbank, Ontario, or Orange County. The closest airports to the Terranea Oceanfront Resort are Los Angeles (LAX) and Long Beach.

Both United Airlines and Delta Airlines have provided our group with discounted airfare.
